Guro Møen Tveit currently works as a Senior Research Scientist at the Department of Fisheries and New Biomarine Industry at SINTEF Ocean in Bergen, Norway. Her main areas of expertise are handling and quality evaluation of fish in the fisheries and aquaculture sector. She has also been focusing on enzymatic hydrolysis of rest raw materials and quality and has extensive experience working with field experiments (STCW course for seafarers).
