The day will feature interactive discussions, live demonstrations, and networking opportunities with key stakeholders. Attendance is free, but registration is required.
The workshop aims to bring together stakeholders and practitioners to share experience and knowledge on three main topics. First, it will explore the purposes and challenges of cyber risk management – how it’s used (e.g., for regulatory compliance), the hurdles encountered in risk assessment, and expectations for efficient and dynamic processes including communication with various decision makers. Second, it will address the tensions and frictions between cybersecurity and other factors such as privacy, safety, and usability, and how to balance these via risk management. Third, it will examine the application of cyber risk management in the healthcare sector, with a focus on Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) applications like connected medical device risk assessments, semi-automated risk assessment methods, and anomaly/misbehaviour detection.
