GOLIA will develop an integrated, interdisciplinary Smart Mobility Governance Model, relying on a data-based and social optimum-driven approach and inclusive policy making processes to ensure an adaptive, accessible and just mobility system.
- Interdisciplinary analysis of the mobility ecosystem to maximize social welfare, ensuring sustainability, equity, and inclusivity for more democratic mobility policymaking
- Optimising existing digital assets and consultation platforms into four GO-X modules, inspired by the DIKW pyramid, for AI-powered, data-based and social optimum-driven dynamic mobility governance
- To test and co-assess the GOLIA SSH-led engagement process for mobility policy making (ENGAGEMOVE) and the supporting GO-X modules in three multi-dimensional use cases with Partner Cities
- To develop key political messages to achieve multi-level governance. Maximize synergies and leverage public-private collaboration in compliance with existing EU governance instruments and roadmaps
- Building and empowering the GOLIA community through cross-fertilization and knowledge exchange to pave the way for a holistic approach to mobility governance
The SINTEF team is contributing to developing a digital tool and inclusive methods to help cities engage citizens and stakeholders in shaping mobility solutions—making urban transport more sustainable, resilient, adaptive, and people-centered.
