DIY4U Meeting, September 2022

On 28th and 29th September 2022, the DIY4U project consortium met in the VTT premises, Kuopio, Finland to discuss the Key Exploitable Results (KERs) and the Exploitation Plan of the project.

DIY4U M30 Meeting

On the 25th and 26th May, the DIY4U consortium joined together in person at their M30 project meeting which was held in Linares, Spain at the CETEMET headquarters, who is one of the partners.

M24 Meeting

On 16th and 17th of November, the DIY4U consortium had the opportunity to hold the M24 project meeting via Microsoft Teams. In this meeting, we focused on the tasks to be performed in the near future more than what we have accomplished so far. Time goes by very fast.

Open Innovation Competition, winners and expected outcome

We congratulate all the winners of our first Open Innovation Competition. All the winners will be awarded a grant of 50 000 Euro to develop additional digital functionalities for the DIY4U platform. These additional functionalities will enhance and extend the existing platform, supporting the innovative nature of the DIY4U approach.

Webinar: Open Innovation for collaborative production engineering, 22th April, 2021

DIY4U project participated in a joint webinar titled “Open Innovation for collaborative production engineering”, with 3 other EU H2020 projects (iPRODUCE, INEDIT, OPENNEXT) of the same call (DT-FOF-05-2019). All of them rely on digital solutions for its development.

VTT presented results of laboratory examinations made in the DIY4U project in SPIE Thermosense XLIII electronic conference in 12th-16th April 2021.

Conception workshop 8th April 2021

DIY4U consortium organized its Conception workshop 8th of April digitally on Microsoft Teams. The meeting went really well, with almost 33 people joining the meeting.

M12 Meeting

DIY4U consortium organized its M12 project meeting digitally on Microsoft Teams. The meeting was held on 4th and 5th November, with almost 31 people joining the meeting. The status, work plan and other relevant technical details were presented and discussed. The project has made significant progress regardless COVID-19 situation. Second General Assembly of the project took place in the end of the meeting on 5th November. The members of External Expert Advisory Board (Randi Midtkandal Edgar and Janne Suhonen) have also participated in the meeting and presented their profile and expertise.

M6 project meeting

Due to COVID-19 situation, the DIY4U project organized its M6 project meeting remotely on Microsoft Teams. The meeting was held on 5th and 6th May, with almost 26 people joined the meeting.All the WP leaders have presented status and the work plan for next 6 months which reflected that the project is making excellent progress. First General Assembly of the project took place in the end of the meeting on 6th May.

DIY4U – Kick-off Meeting

The Kick-off meeting of the DIY4U Project was successfully held in Brussels on 28th & 29th November. All partners (13 partners from 7 EU countries) were well represented by 30 participants and the Project Officer from EC also took part in the event.
